Fishery Rules  

  • No Litter to be left on site.  Smoking is not allowed on the platforms.  Smoking is allowed in smoking area next to the building, no music allowed.

  • Hooks - Largest size 14 barbless only - no squashed barbs.

  • Maximum line strength 10lb (No Braid)

  • Only Site Landing Nets may be used - Keep Nets not to be use

  • No Bolt Rigs or fixed leads.

  • Bait permitted: Maggots/Casters/Worms/Bread/Sweetcorn/ Cheese/Pellets/Not to be thrown in as loose feed or  ground bait) No Cat Food/Flavored Meat/Boilies

  • Please Dispose of left over bait responsibly

  • Fishing only allowed from permanent pegs on platforms - not off grassed areas

  • Carer must fish from same platform as disabled angler

  • No fishing from the elevated platform. (Viewing Platform)

  • Only one Rod/Pole to be used by any angler at one time

  • No Fish to be taken from site

  • Use wet hands when handling fish - Do not use rags to hold fish

  • Use un-hooking mats when unhooking large fish

  • To Photograph fish leave the unhooked fish in landing net in the water until ready for the photo to be taken

  • Do not drop or throw fish back, place them gently back in the water

  • Do not leave baited rods unattended

  • Please sweep and clear platforms before leaving 

  • No Ledgering

 

OFFICIALS OF THE SITE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO INSPECT ALL EQUIPMENT BROUGHT ON SITE TO ENSURE THAT THE RULES ARE BEING ADHERED TO
