We’re a friendly, supportive team. Your role would be to work with us and walk alongside our visitors, teaching, encouraging, and sharing your knowledge at whatever pace feels right for each person.

 

This is a part-time position in a beautiful setting, and you’ll be part of a close-knit group who care deeply about what we do.

​

​You might be:

• An experienced horticulture tutor or coach

• A keen home gardener who simply loves passing on what you know

• Someone patient, flexible, and great with people​

​

What matters most is that you’re warm, reliable, and enthusiastic about plants and people. The role is subject to an enhanced DBS check (which we’ll arrange), and a genuine interest in gardening is essential.
