Work Experience & Employment Training at The Albrighton Trust Moat & Gardens
We provide employment training including work experience and a chance to develop social skills as well as job skills in a supported environment, we offer opportunities in Horticulture and Environmental studies, Greenhouse Management (propagation of seeds and plants), Fisheries Management, IT and Administration. They obtain essential skills for building rapport and communication skills developing workplace performance and confidence with other members of the team and management.
Albrighton Trust have welcomed students from Rodbaston College, Wightwick School, Penn Hall School, Westcroft School and Sports College, Haughton School, Paul Hayes School, Mount Gilbert School, Severndale School, Idsall School and Great Wyrley School who carry out tasks that are of value to them in their education and future employment skills, in the fulfilment of our mission.
