The Centre
Our objective is to improve quality of life, enhance the overall health and psychological well being of our users, and to increase their self-esteem. At all times we listen to and work with representatives of our various user steering groups to ensure that we continue to meet their needs and develop the range of opportunities we are able to offer.

We often hold fishing contests here for children with disabilities. The delight on their faces when we present them all with medals or certificates is a joy to see. They are unable to compete equally with able-bodied children and often they feel there is little they can achieve.

We welcome visits from individuals and groups from Day Centres, Hospices, Schools, Care Homes etc. Please contact us to arrange a visit. Use of the Day Centre and gardens are available to all at a nominal charge. Exclusive hire of the kitchen can be arranged prior to group visits.

Arrangement for angling should be made in advance to ensure that platform space is available. Please book by ringing 01902 372441 giving as much notice as possible.

We are also pleased to receive enquiries from able-bodied Clubs, committees, companies or organisations who would like to use our facilities for conferences, meetings, seminars or similar functions. This is an ideal place for sales meetings, small social gatherings and get-togethers. Please telephone for further information.
